G.36 表单使用纪律#

表单不应全部在项目末尾补写。决定发生时记录；事实变化用事件；批准不可覆盖；自由文本不能代替稳定字段；未知允许存在但必须有负责人；没有证据的“完成”不是状态。

最小团队可先使用 YAML、CSV 和对象存储。规模化后迁移数据库时保留 ID、版本和语义，不让工具重构改变生产事实。

G.37 总交付索引#

一个可审计项目至少能从以下任一路径查询：成片镜头到 Take 和 Prompt；角色到所有状态和镜头；事实到台词、字幕和图形；音乐到 Cue 和平台包；权利到所有派生；Issue 到修复与回归；实验到决定；发布到回滚。

练习：用这些表单完整记录一集 60 秒作品，不允许在最后一天补填。由另一组随机抽五条链进行反向追踪，交付 traceability_audit.md。
