What is in the kit
This download collects the material from the book that transfers most directly into a project. It is not a set of magic prompts. It is a set of production contracts you can rewrite, validate and connect to whichever tools you use.
Five classes of agent prompt
- Showrunner: holds the commercial objective, the story promise and the season's direction;
- Story architect: turns character desire, relationships, secrets and escalation into a season arc;
- Script room: produces producible episodes, beats, action, dialogue and cut points;
- Storyboard director: compiles beats into shot records, coverage and continuity requirements;
- QC agent: accepts by layered evidence and routes each error back to the right workstation.
Production data structures
JSON schemas for project, episode pack, storyboard, asset registry, continuity ledger, generation ledger, audio ledger, edit timeline, QC report, metrics ledger, rights ledger, task run and release gate.
They work as a starting point for a database design, a set of forms, a workflow platform, agent tool parameters or a team handover document. The fields matter more than the example prompts, because models get replaced while project facts and workstation responsibilities do not.
Worksheets and runbooks
The download also contains worksheets for project greenlight, episode production, assets and continuity, agent protocols, master acceptance and incident handling. Start with whichever part maps to your current bottleneck; you do not have to deploy a complete system on day one.
A suggested order of use
- Define a pilot series with the project schema and the greenlight worksheet.
- Break episode one into timed beats with a cut point using the episode pack.
- Create asset IDs and versions for characters, locations, wardrobe and key props.
- Write each shot's input and output state with the storyboard and the continuity ledger.
- Have generation tasks record model, prompt version, cost, candidates and approval results.
- Separate technical, continuity, narrative, performance and commercial problems in the QC report.
- Create a formal release package only when the release gate's evidence is complete.
Before you use it
Every template needs adapting to a real project. Be explicit in particular about likeness and voice licences for real people, music and stock licences, model vendor terms, territory and platform rules, budget authority, data retention and who is responsible for human approval. A schema passing only means the data format is valid; it does not mean the creative, legal or commercial judgment has passed.
The download uses a stable address and keeps the same entry point across updates. It ships with a content manifest and SHA-256 checksums so teams can confirm which version they have.
